Old Edwards Inn Invites Locals to Enjoy “Sundays at the Spa” Savings
As Part of the Comfort and Joy Celebration
Beginning in October, The Spa at Old Edwards is inviting residents of Highlands, Dillard, Cashiers, Franklin and other surrounding areas to enjoy spa and salon services at a special savings on Sundays, while sipping sumptuous beverages and nibbling on Old Edwards signature chocolates.
The new Sundays at the Spa lineup includes:
20% off of all Treatments, Which Include Offerings for Both Men and Women
10% off of all Spa Products in the Spa Apothecary
Complimentary Champagne and Chocolates Served with Salon Treatments
“We’re really looking for ways to bring the community into our offering here,” says Laurel Fleming, Director of Spa Services at Old Edwards Inn. “We have very talented therapists and stylist and we want to make it clear that we welcome the public. We also offer complete lines of makeup in our Spa Apothecary located on Church Street, as well as bath and body products for men and women. With the upcoming holiday season, we thought it would be a great time to get locals involved, especially in light of our ‘Comfort and Joy’ holiday celebration that runs through New Years.”
The Comfort and Joy Spa Treatments being offered through January 1 include:

• Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy
• Thai Massage
• Rose Quartz Facial (The Gem for Breast Cancer Awareness)

• A Comfort and Joy Spa-Tini Add-On With Any Salon Treatment
In support of the new offerings and ongoing spa/salon programs, three new specialists have joined the team. Lara Gollard specializes in Thai Treatments, a style of therapy that involves stretching and deep tissue massage. Jessica Parks from Asheville performs Ashiatsu therapy, which involves the application of pressure using the feet while supported by bars on the ceiling. Kim Mayfield comes to Old Edwards Salon as a stylist. Kim previously had her own practice and looks forward working in the Old Edwards spa environment with all the special treatments, perks and services that they offer clients.
The Spa and Spa Apothecary are open daily from 8 am to 7 pm (8pm in season). The entrance is located at 16 Church Street behind the Old Edwards Inn.
